When we work with ENERGY MEDICINE, we are creating a space within our own energetic body to come back into coherence with more truth, love, joy, forgiveness + compassion.
Each essence has been made in small batches from local flowers, plants + trees throughout each season. They are gentle in nature and will support you in clearing dense thoughts, emotions and patterns from within.

Our 2025 Retreat theme is THE MUSE.
The Muse lives within us all, and so often we ignore her sacred whispers that invite us in to more of our true divine essence.
The Muse loves to be expressed through art, music, writing, movement + play. She longs to be heard, to be seen and to have a voice in our lives. During our week together we will intend to reconnect to this aspect of ourself to truly allow her to come back online as a guide and mentor/way shower for your liberation path.

Since the beginning of time people have gathered in prayer/meditation to collectively send loving intentions out into the world. When we gather in groups, with a common wish or intention, we create a powerful frequency or vibration ‘hub’ that amplifies this wish.
Please join me as we create a hub of unity + love for all.
Sound Healing allows us to come back to our centre, helping us to align with our truth. Assisting in clearing out what no longer serves and brining us back in to harmony.
