A 5 week immersion created to connect you to deeper aspects of yourself.

A journey intended to reconnect you to the truth of who you are - beyond the patterns of fear, beyond wounds and trauma. Beyond the personality (or operating system) that is creating an over active nervous system.

Working intentionally with a micro dose protocol, we are able to see parts of ourself from different perspectives. We become the witness, accessing patterns and behaviours that are no longer aligned with where we want to go. Or who we want to become. During this time we will re-train the mind + create new neural pathways to react and respond to life in a new way.

This micro dose journey will be divided into stages throughout 5 weeks. Each week offers a new module to reflect upon, a group integration call and a meditation to guide you. We will be learning how to examine our belief system, deconstruct patterns that are not serving and connect more to the guidance of the heart + intuition. Stepping into more of our sovereignty.

This journey is offered online - you will be able to connect no matter where you are and no matter what your schedule.

Here is what our time together will look like:

-> An in depth intake session to connect in before the journey begins - to discuss your medical, emotional + mental history. {booking calendar is shared with you upon registration}

-> Each Sunday you will receive the week’s module and meditation. This is a pre-recorded video for you to watch when you have the time + space

-> Each Thursday at 7pm EST, we will connect for our live group integration session. Sharing various techniques for alchemizing thoughts, emotions and beliefs that are at times hard to navigate. These sessions will also be recorded.

Cost for this journey is $597, with a payment plan option for 4 bi-weekly payments of $149.25
