The Intention ofCeremony

Now is the time for the world to know that every thought & action is sacred.  ~Hafiz

In the last couple of years, I have really come to embrace these words.  This passage is from the poem ‘Now is the Time’ written by the 14th Century Sufi poet Hafiz.

I strive to treat all of my daily actions as sacred.  I bring ceremony into my daily life by acknowledging and giving thanks to the Divine.  Not just for all of the beauty, but also for the tough lessons that come my way.  This daily practice has made a huge impact on my life, in every way. 

It is from this practice, that I was led to celebrate and honour the cycles of the earth, the SUN and the ROSE.  Doing this has brought a beautiful connection between my soul and all that is. Leaving me with an inner peaceful feeling (you know, that warm and fuzzy kind). 

So with this, I invite you to join me in ceremony, the celebration of the sacred.
